In my household, this would make webkins animal number 5 and webkins computer support failure number 2.The plush toys themselves are adorable and seem durable enough in all cases so 5 stars there I guess.However, one doesn't just purchase the toy but also an online account wherein one "plays" with the virtual pet.While my wife entered the activation code, the webkins server had a glitch and didn't activate the account.However, when we tried again, it apparently had recorded that the code had already been used.Therefore, the virtual pet cannot be "created" and we now have an overpriced stuffed animal.Webkins has terrible customer support and are totally non-responsive despite appearing to have a customer support link on their site.As I said earlier, this is the second time that the fickle webkins site and rules have burned us.So if 3 out of 5 ain't bad in your world...go for it.For the 3 that do work, the webkins world and games are fun and pretty educational (hence wanting more).Click Here to see more reviews about: Webkinz Charcoal Cat
