I purchased this toy for my grandmother who has Alzheimer's as a form of comfort and connection. She lives alone. She loves cats, but of course is incapable of caring for one at this stage in her life. This particular plush toy is very soft and the bean-like material inside of it give it weighty life-like feel. It also enables the cat to be positioned. Aurora has other cats and dogs available in their "Flopsie" line.
