My son got this dog when he was 6 months old.I thought it was too big and would scare him.But he loved it and hugged it right away.It is in his room ever since.When he plays he still crawls over to it and hugs it.Showing pictures to friends they are amazed that the "dog" does not bite him when he pulls on it :-).I do recommend this toy.Click Here to see more reviews about: Steiff Bernie Husky - Grey and White
