If You Give a Mouse a Cookie Kohls Stuffed Animal Plush ToyI shop Amazon, but I also shop at Kohl's in person. I take my body right into that store and seek sales merchandise. But fabulous sales items are not the subject of this review--what Kohl's does each year with books and stuffed animals is. The Laura Numeroff and Felicia Bond "If You Give...." books are Kohl's centerpoint merchandise this season. For five dollars per book and animal and 100% net profit going to a special cause, I bought several items.

"If You Give a Mouse a Cookie...." and the precious stuffed mouse that is a companion to the book are two of the choices. The item displayed in this particular picture is of much higher quality than the Kohl's version and probably worth its price. But the Kohl's mouse is adorable all decked out in his red coveralls. Be aware that the Kohl's mouse has no cookie.
