I got this stacking toy for my 13 month old niece. It looked cute and colorful in the photo, but it was actually even brighter and had more features than I expected when I received it. It's very well made and the isn't just all cotton. The yellow neck ring makes a crunchy sound when touched and the head is velvety. Lots of nice touch sensations.
