My spouse and I play World of Warcraft and we fell in love with the animated boars because they make such great pets for Hunters! We started looking for actual stuffed boars online and there aren't many out there. Most are stuffed pigs and they are always pink with ridiculous features (they're children's toys). We wanted something more true to real life and Hansa makes a very realistic-ish wild boar. The picture does not do it justice. It's unbelievably adorable with it's little tusks and tufted ears. The bristles are surprisingly soft to the touch all over. It almost feels like petting a cat. I am amazed at how they managed to weave several different colors to make the hide look so natural, like a real boar. We've bought three already and they all have names. The stitching on the foot of one of the ones we bought opened a little after some handling. These are probably collectibles and we play with them like kids so.. Delightful stuffed boar!
