We have the pink version of this bear, and love it.We got the blue version for our little boy on the way, and it's just as adorable.We do have some concerns about the authenticity about the toy though.It's not just the collectible value, but also the construction (read safety) of the bear.First, it doesn't seem to have as much stuffing as the other bear.Second, the pajamas don't say love to baby, as the picture denotes.It's one of the things we love about the bear.Lastly, the tag said Ty Plushies instead of Ty Baby as depicted.
It appears to be of quaity construction, so it could be for real, and that in the two years since we bought the pink bear, they changed a number of things...does anyone know?I'd be happy to change my review and my rating too.
If you're looking for a great teddy bear for a little one, I think this is a great choice.On the other hand, if you're looking for a 100% authentic collectible...maybe you should go to a store where you can actually see it for yourself?
