My son who is now 41 choose a chimp in a toy store in Denton Texas while we were looking for a Christmas present for him. That was the first of many primates my children and grandchildren have enjoyed. Since I have red hair, the orangutan is my favorite primate. This is a cuddly 17 inch baby. If you watch Orangutan Island, it will remind you of the babies in the nursery. These animals are endangered from their forest being cut down. The toy can teach children about endangered species, but my kids and grandchildren just love orangutan to love.
