My sons love this rocker so much, they both cry every time I take them off it (they are 11 months and still have to be supervised).I am very impressed how well it is made.The elephant's coat is so luxurious.My babies look very comfortable on this rocker.The seat is low enough for them and handles areat just right height.It was packaged very well (I bought another rocker from different manufacturer and it was packaged so poorly that it arrived damaged).I highly recommend Charm company rockers.
