To always remind me of the puppy I raised to become a guide dog, I bought this adorable black labrador -- that speaks! So adorable...Want to buy Yakety Burt Black Lab at other amazon sites? Click the corresponding icon below:
I got this for my infant son, and he absolutely loves it. It's soft and the right size for a baby to hold. The sound it makes is startling at first (so realistic) but my son got used to it quickly. Now when he hears it, he looks around for his buddy the whale. It's a little inconvenient that it can't be thrown in the washer, only surface washed, but not that big of a deal. Also my son tore out the little corners of the whale's smile almost immediately. The main smile line is still in tact, but the 2 little corners may not hold up if it gets any rough play. Overall I am very satified with this toy!

My daughter got this wolf a year or two ago, and still spends more time with it than any of her other toys, often falling asleep at night hugging it.It is surprisingly soft and cuddly, and has a very endearing innocent look.Very well crafted.Due to the softness of the fabric, you would probably want to protect it from rough handling by siblings, though we've seen no damage yet.

"Uni" is my 16 month old granddaughter's security blanket and has been for nearly all that time...it's hard to say when the attachment became permanent, but "Uni" is starting to look a bit stressed out. I was thrilled to find this duplicate on Amazon (we don't remember who bought the original) and bought it in case the original "Uni" truly does succumb to the rigors of being a toddlers main sidekick. So far, the new "Uni" is just one of the regulars...she doesn't smell at all like the original, but maybe will provide some backup comfort at some point.

This little guy is sooo soft and the size is just right for a baby 0-12 months of age, it was the perfect size for my 4 month old, he's 6 months now and doesn't sleep without it...

This toy is made very well and is very fun for my son.It also can neigh a little when the ear is squeezed and it isn't an annoying sound at all.We love it!
I gave this horse to my 2-year-old nephew and he likes it.It is well made and the horse sound is realistic. It's a cute little horse.
This delightful little fellow is so cute and won the heart of the recipient easily!
We absolutely love Mary Meyers Flip Flops. All 3 of my daughters have had them since they were born (The frog, the pig, and the monkey; in this order).I got this as a backup to my 18 mo old's favorite stuffy. We left her original one at a friend's house and for a week we had a problem at bedtime. She finally got her "Gung-Gung" back but I thought I'd have another on hand just in case the other was lost for good. I'm expecting my 4th child late Spring and I just ordered him the Lion (retired, but found 2 available). The frog and the pig are my older daughters favorite stuffies as well and they (age 7 & 6) still sleep with them.
A friend bought this for my son when he was four to help with bad dreams. The mottled fabric looks like camouflage so he got a back-story of being in the Elephant Marines, on special deployment to help fight the "bad guys" in my son's dreams. It worked, and five years later Sgt. Major is still his best friend. He's worn well-his fur isn't so fluffy or bright, and his stuffing has slipped out of his neck, but he is still in great shape considering the abuse kids put toys through. No tears or torn seams like other toys. We recently 'recruited' a new one (Captain Jack-who served with Sgt. Major overseas) to help with new adventures.I heartily recommend this elephant-I do advise you hide the peanut butter though. :)
My oldest has one of these, and after our move I couldn't find it!We had to get two more, one for him and one for his baby "brubber".They LOVE them and cuddle up to them every night!
