This is a very sweet toy. I am very impressed with the detail and construction.All of my children enjoy playing with this toy.My kids are ages 5, 3 and 1.5.I had gotten it for the toddler but they all play with it.

LeapFrog Learn-Along Leap (Sassy) Plush Review

There are three things that made me LOVE this toy:

1) Excellent enunciation - the letters are extremely easy to hear & spoken very clearly.

2) Great speed - The song is slightly slower than how I learned the ABC's, which is key for the "L-M-N-O-P" section that many children think is one letter (I had a child ask me what 'elemenohpee' looks like once).

3) Lack of superfluous "and" - The end of the song goes: "...W, X, Y, Z" without the "...Y, AND, Z" that most of us learned.This is great because I've also heard of children thinking the "and" was an "N" and therefore getting confused ("Why are there two N's in the alphabet?")

This is a great learning toy, pleasant to listen to, and has a mute button and volume control when needed.Excellent!
