LeapFrog Discovery Ball Review

I bought the Discovery Ball by Leap Frog for my granddaughter, who at the time was only 9 months old.Once opened it was the only toy she played with the rest of the day.She loved all of the songs, and the lights and being able to roll that ball on its stand is a G-R-E-A-TBIG PLUS for this toy.I will not buy anything but educational toys for my grandchildren. This ball, is a great size for little hands. It has three play modes, volume control, however even if it didn't have a volume control, the music is great to listin to.I gave this little granddaughter of mine two musical toys at Christmas time last year - the other one was much higher priced - it is the Sunshine Symphony, which plays classical music - between these two toys if my granddaughter can choose she will go for the Discovery Ball every time. She started to walk at 10 & 1/2 months of age.Now that she is walking the ball has been removed from the stand and has been rolled all over the place and even dropped down some stairs by accident - but it is a very tough ball and the fall never hurt it a bit.Oh by the way my little granddaughter's older sister who is five even likes to play with it.People, please, take it from an old grandmother, if you only have enough money to buy one toy for your child per year - by the Discovery Ball by Leap Frog - Trust me, you WILL NOT be sorry for the small amount of money spent on this toy - it is worth every penny of it.

Fisher-Price Learn and Sing Teddy Review

My son is 18 mo. old. and I picked this toy off the shelf for him to play with while riding in the shopping cart at the store. Normally I would think that he would not be interested in something like this as he is a rough and tumble kind of kid, but he loved it! He was fascinated with the music and lights. He was also able to squeeze the hands and feet easily with no problems to play the sounds. I liked how soft the furr was. Very nice quality. Doesn't seem like the furr would get ratty looking like some cheap stuffed animals do. This toy is very educational as well! When it was time to leave the store I literally could not pry this from his hands. I finally did get it from him and he was completly distraught. So then I knew he had to have this!

Pint Size Productions Beta Series Set Review

Whenever faced with difficulties, my son has a way of consistently reminding family members of our various places in the "food chain" so, when Son's first child came due, a clutch of these creatures seemed as much a "must" for Daddy as an eventual joy for Baby; and it has been.In fact, atage one, Baby hasn't quite grown into the ever-so-ugly, but equally hug-able bunch that Daddy has seen earn a permanent place in the family room!Food Chain Friends always bring a smile to my face."Friends Who Eat Each Other."Their motto reminds me of college or early career days.Well-made.Well-packaged.Delivered in a timely fashion.Topical for any generation, I suppose.-- Buy and enjoy.

Melissa & Doug T-Rex Dinosaur Plush Review

My mom got this dino for my 22 month old son for Christmas. He loves it!It's taller than my son and so cute. It's poseable enough to be able to stand up, but at the same time is quite soft.My son loves to wrestle with it and drag it around the house. You don't often find high quality stuffed toys that are this large for such a reasonable price, and I'd say it's a great buy for any kid who likes dinosaurs.
